For Centro Business users utilizing site networking – such as Business Network Solutions (see BNS Manual ) or Enterprise Connect S (see EC Guide ) – certain parts of this guide do not apply. In these cases, the router is managed exclusively via the central dashboard.
End of Support for Centro Business 1.0
The Centro Business 1.0 router is no longer authorized for use on the Swisscom network. Following a two-year phase-out period, this model has been systematically decommissioned since November 2025. Affected customers have been provided with a suitable replacement device.
