For Centro Business users employing site networking, such as Business Network Solutions (see BNS Manual ) or Enterprise Connect S (see EC-Guide ), various contents in this guide do not apply, as the router is managed exclusively centrally via the dashboard.
End of Support for Centro Business 1.0​
The Centro Business 1.0 model is no longer permitted on the Swisscom network and has been regularly blocked since November 2025, following a two-year phase-out period. Customers have been provided with appropriate replacement routers.
