System log
The system log records the router's events in chronological order, for example logins and logouts, configuration changes as well as warnings and errors. It helps you understand the router's behaviour and narrow down problems.
The entries are volatile: after a restart of the router the system log is usually started again. Therefore save the log before restarting the router if you want to keep the entries.
Save the system log as a file
Save system log downloads the complete log as a file. This is useful for archiving the entries or forwarding them to support for analysis.
Print the system log
Print system log opens a print-friendly view of the log that can be printed directly.

Refresh reloads the table to display the latest entries.
When reporting a problem to Swisscom support, save the system log as a file beforehand. This makes the relevant entries available for analysis.
